What Does It Mean to Bring Your Life?
Our modern world can be a crazy, confusing and sometimes dangerous place.
Very easily swept away in chaos. But how do we avoid it?
Having to bring back bacon, pursue or maintain lasting intimate relationships, maintain a healthy lifestyle, build a successful career and live a happy and fulfilled life seems unlikely.
Do all this make you feel out of control? Victim circumstances? Can not bear it all and live the life you really want?
Do you see other people who seem to have it all and wish to find out for themselves?
If yes, you are not alone.
Most people live their entire lives losing the enormous wealth of joy available to us.
We are stuck in a job that only keeps us, but does not fill us.
We “settle” for a relationship that feels most secure and comfortable.
We eat unhealthy, “easy” foods and do not exercise because there is no time to do it right.
But do not despair! It is possible to be responsible for your life and have it all!
Where we failed
How we manage the spill of stress and the responsibility of everyday life is the key.
Unfortunately, it’s all too easy to wrap up and rely on bad habits and quick fixes to ease our restless thoughts, hearts, and bodies.
You’ve made the decision you want to eat healthier. But you have a long day at work, and it’s easier to turn off the drive-through and start eating healthier tomorrow. Have you done this recently?
Perhaps you are determined you will meditate to reduce that everyday stress. But a long day in taking care of the kids leads you to only have a cocktail or two before sharing it again the next day. Sound familiar
Exciting new job opportunities appear in the field you want to explore. But the security and comfort of “job of survival” you pay the bills. So you decide you’re unprepared, too risky, and let the interview slide. Are you guilty
All of these things are just “trembling,” a way we suppress our true selves and allow life to feed us, rather than live.
It does not have to be this way!
Restore Your Strength
“Every time you’re tempted to react the same old way, ask yourself whether you want to be a prisoner of the past or a pioneer of the future.” – Deepak Chopra
Too often we let our habits control us. It’s time to reclaim your personal power and make changes.
Here are some things you can and will discover when you reclaim your power and take responsibility for your life:
Fear is not your enemy
Personal responsibility is stronger than the victim
Focus on what you want, not what you think you need
Forgiveness, yourself and others, will lead you to freedom
Nothing lasts forever
I know you have the ability to take control of your life and reshape it into the glittering happiness you deserve.
